Applications may be returned in person, by fax, or E-mailed as PDF. file
All Seasonal Passes must be paid before permitted to use pass. Visa, Master Card and American Express are acceptable as payment and
may be made in person or by phone. Pool ID card will be issued upon receipt of payment and must be submitted to pool staff for each use. After being a Season Pool Pass holder for two years, pass holders
must upgrade to an FHCC Club membership if they wish to continue
to use the Club's pool.

All applications and fees are on our web site – www.fhcclub.com. Applications may be downloaded, completed, and returned to the Club office. Membership applications may also be picked up at the office, faxed
or mailed upon request. Interested parties may also
